We set her up for you, on top of the private studio you already have in one of our 4 Arizona locations. The numbers below come from Bella's own call logs, October 2025 to October 2026.

No. Your 60 days start without a card. We text and email you 7, 5 and 3 days before your trial ends so you can pick monthly or yearly.
Your plan carries on and is billed monthly. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you pay nothing.
We do. You fill in a 10-minute business profile (services, prices, hours, policies). We load it into Bella, get you a local number and register it for texting. Bella answers your line within 2 business days; texts to clients start once the carriers approve your number, usually under a week.
Bella speaks and texts in your studio's name and passes anything unusual to you. You can read every conversation in the app.
Yes. You get a local business number for calls and texts, and calls can forward to your cell when you want them to.
Bella's talk time is billed separately from the plan. You see the per-minute rate on the plan screen before you confirm, and your call log shows every minute she used. Texts, bookings and reminders are included in the plan.
Yes. Bella answers your line, quotes your services and texts clients your booking link. If you book through the Belle Vie calendar, reminders, review requests and rebook texts run on their own. On Vagaro we can connect your bookings so they run too.
